I'm going to start posting my Pinterest projects that I've completed here. I don't want to infringe on anyone else' logo, so I made my own. For my first completed try at something it didn't turn out half bad! Not perfect, but not bad.
For my first "project" I decided to make rainbow cupcakes. You need to start out with white cake mix. Not vanilla, but white. Then use only egg whites for the recipe. No yolks.
After you combine all the cake mix ingredients, mix food coloring per box instructions into six separated bowls. I miss counted when measuring out my portions and didn't get purple in. So I ended up with blue, green, orange, yellow, and red.

Now you normally would layer with purple first then blue, green, yellow, orange, and finally red for the top. But since I couldn't fit purple, you see blue as the bottom layer in the background.
Next, bake em' up as suggested on the box!
Some of them are monsters! I think I overfilled the cupcake liners but oh well!
Like I said, they didn't come out perfectly. But they were loved just the same!
And as you can see, this wasn't for a party. Just a before bed snack! ;)
